Served with the Air Force in North Africa, Italy and Corsica, as supervisor of technical representatives providing technical support on operation, maintenance, repair and overhaul of Wright aircraft engines used to power B-17, B-25, A-20 and other military aircraft. Stationed at Norfolk Naval Air Station (NAS), assisting on Naval Aircraft, Operations Engineer on flight tests of C-69 and B-29 aircraft.
