Served as Base Quartermaster on two invasions and as Director of Supply, then as Rear Echelon Quartermaster. Assigned to General Casey's Army Service Command Headquarters to develop plans for invasions of the Philippine Islands. Assisted at Tacloban, Leyte, in establishing cemetery for burials of 8,000 servicemen.
