Activity During WWII

In 1946 served aboard USS Burleson at Bikini as Lab Technician for A-Bomb. Injured due to excessive radiation exposure at Test A, Test B, Bikini Atoll, July 1, 1946 and July 25, 1946; in the Marshall Islands Atomic Bomb test explosions. In 1945 Research in Typhus Fever at Bethesda Naval Medical Center; in 1945 Hospital Corpsman for wounded in Iwo Jima at Corpus Christi Naval Hospital.
