Activity During WWII

14th Air Force, 308th Bomber Command, 373rd Squadron. Navigator on the Daisy Mae, a B-24 Liberator which was hit by enemy fire on September 15, 1943 during 19th mission to Haiphong, Plane crashed into the Gulf of Tonkin killing all on board. Awarded the Air Medal and Distinguished Flying Cross.
