Activity During WWII

Enlisted in the Army April 1942. Served in an Ordnance Regiment and Army Headquarters Unit. Left for overseas duty and landed at Oran, North Africa in 1943. In various locations including Cape Bonn, Constantine and Naples. Discharged November 10, 1945 after 34 months overseas duty. Unit received three major campaign ribbons.
