Activity During WWII

WAS IN THE 3103RD SIGNAL CORPS UNIT AND WAS LATER DETACHED TO 3RD ARMY, 4TH ARMORED DIVISION AS A RADIOMAN IN A SHERMAN TANK. HIS OTHER DUTIES INCLUDED BACKUP TANK DRIVER. HE SERVED IN PATTON'S ARMY DURING THE BATTLE OF THE BULGE WHICH HELPED RELIEVE BASTOGNE. HE ALSO, WHILE IN 4TH ARMORED DIVISION HELPED LIBERATE THE BUCHENWALD DEATH CAMP IN GERMANY.
