Received Silver and Bronze Stars, Oak Leaf Cluster to Bronze Star, Purple Heart, Belgian Croix de Guerre avec Palm, Presidential Unit Citation for capturing Huertgen Forest. 4 Battle Stars and 3 Campaigns, all in the European Theater and while serving with the 8th Infantry Division.
