Activity During WWII

Left for New Cumberland, Pennsylvania on November 10, 1942. Basic Training at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Desert Training in California, transferred to Camp Forest, Tennessee from where he was shipped to North Ireland and later to France. Was killed on either July 14th or 16th in action in France. He was buried in an American cemetery, west of Paris, France.
