Served in Southern France, Rhineland, Central Europe, Italy, Rome-Arno, Germany. duties included the release of prisoners from concentration camps. Received the European-African-Middle Eastern Theatre Service Medal, Victory Medal, Bronze Arrowhead and Lapel Button.
