Activity During WWII

Joined in November 1940. Was a Pearl Harbor survivor on the battleship USS Maryland. Received the Presidential Unit Citation for Guadalcanal landing with the Marines. Also served on the USS Rooks and the USS Rowe destroyers. Served until 1946.
