Flight Engineer on B-29 'Werewolf Plane' first raid of B-29 over Tokyo. Captured January 27, 1945. Killed on May 26, 1945 in a prison fire in Tokyo. Served from October 1942 to May 1945 in a firestorm incident. Flight training Denver and Kansas. Service in SaiPan and Okinawa.
