Sailed to Hawaii, Eniwetok, Guam, Ulithi, Palau, Leyte. Invaded following Kuba Shima, Okinawa, Ie Shima, Ie Shima. Underwater support and made smoke screens morning and evening for large ships in area. After Japan surrendered, went to Japan to take Japanese Officers and maps of mine fields. Working with mine sweeps to find and destroy mines at Kyushu and Kagoshima Bay, cities of Nagoya area, Yokkaichi, Toshi, Toba, Tomida. Left for U.S. by way of Saipan, Pearl Harbor, San Pedro. April 15, 1946 ship decommissioned.
