Activity During WWII

National Guard. Discharged honorably February 10, 1937 while still a student in high school. Another discharge on May 20, 1940. Served a year in training with the National Guards and the 45th Division in 1941 before Pearl Harbor. Discharged from Army June 18, 1945 after serving 32 months overseas in the Southwest Pacific and Panama Canal Zone.
