Member of Company M, 128th Infantry, 32nd Division, Wisconsin National Guard Federalized October 1940. Later transferred to the Army Air Force. Killed March 10, 1945 as a B-29 bombardier, Itabashi (now Ina-cho) 30 miles northeast of Tokyo.
