Activity During WWII

In 1944 she was employed at La Porte, Indiana by a Defense Contractor making large Artillery Shells. Later she worked for the Air Force which had taken over Newark, New Jersey Airport as a Custodian of files containing aircraft blue prints. In 1945 she worked in Scranton, Pennsylvania making Camouflage nets.
