Served in the 89th Infantry, 405th Quartermaster Company, European Theatre, 1945. This division liberated Ohrdruf, the first concentration camp to become liberated. Also served with 95th Infantry Division, 1942-1944 in the U.S. Deceased, June 12, 2000 at age 79.
