Activity During WWII

Army Infantry, 100th Division. Sent to Plymouth, England in 1945 and fought the Germans at Antwerp, Belgium and on through to Stuttgart, Germany, where he remained for 7-8 months after the war ended, assigned to peace-time rebuilding efforts in Stuttgart, where he worked with a German cabinet maker, having been a carpenter by trade, until he was sent back home and discharged.
