Activity During WWII

28th Division, 112th Infantry, Company E. Battle of the Bulge, participated in the Ardennes, Alsace and Rhineland Campaigns. Killed in action, Kaysersberg, France on January 26, 1945. He received the Combat Infantryman Badge for exemplary conduct in ground combat, Bronze star medal for meritorious achievement against the enemy. Served in the European Theater of Operations with two Clusters.
