Activity During WWII

309th Infantry Regiment. A squad leader in charge of 12 men. Familiarized replacements with combat condition, care of rifle, M1 Carbine, Bazooka, Machine gun, Mortar, Grenade launcher and pistols. Performed this work in Germany and received the Purple Heart for wounds in combat.
