Army Nurse Corps. Angel of Bataan and Corregidor. Prisoner Of War. Spent 33 months at Santo Tomas Internment Camp in Manila, Philippine Islands from May 6, 1942 to February 2, 1945. One of the 67 Angels of Bataan and Corregidor. Received the Bronze Star, Prisoner Of War Medal, American Defense Service Medal, Presidential Unit Citation Medal, Philippine Defense Medal, Philippine Liberation Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal, Victory Medal and the Philippine Government Medal.
