Activity During WWII

Served in the 771st Field Artillery; Iceland, England, Europe. Wounded at the Battle of the Bulge. Killed February 6, 1945 in Germany. Received the Purple Heart. Enlisted at Fort Benjamin Harrison, Indiana in 1936. Second enlistment in 1940 at Fort Knox, Kentucky. He was a career soldier.
