Member of the Navy Construction Battalion (Seabees). Entered service on August 16, 1943 and discharged on February 28, 1946. Stations served: Construction Battalion, USNCTC WimVA, 134th Naval Construction Battalion (Seabees), Construction Battalion Maintenance Unit 598, Construction Battalion Maintenance Unit 622 and 61st Naval Construction Battalion (Seabees). Served overseas in the Philippines, on the island of Leyte.
