Activity During WWII

Flew missions behind German lines, dropping paratroopers and towing gliders. Other missions were evacuating wounded from battlefield to hospitals in England. At the end the of war airlifted American PRISONERS OF WAR to England, and French PRISONERS OF WAR to Paris.
