Entered on November 20, 1942. Served in Europe, Battle of the Bulge, Ardennes Forest, Northern France, Germany, Rhineland, Belgium and Normandy. Wounded in February 1945. Spent 3 months in hospital in England. Sent home on June 10, 1945. Served in Company A, 415th Infantry Regiment, 104th Division, the Timberwolf.
