Served with 3rd Armored Division, 32nd Regiment, Company A. Went to Africa to join the British Army. Stationed in England September 1943 until the invasion of Europe. Fought alongside the British 8th Army in Africa. Light tank commander; battle stars -- Egypt, Libya, Normandy, Northern France, Rhineland, Ardennes, Central Europe.
