Activity During WWII

U.S. Military Academy in 1943. He was killed on an air mission in Mukden, Manchuria on December 22, 1944. A kamikaze hit by the Americans, threw itself on the Americans as it fell. The bomb load exploded and killed him. He was 23 years of age. Served with the 468th Bomb Squadron, 20th Air Force. Awarded the Purple Heart and the Air Medal with Oak Leaf Cluster.
